Shipping Policy
Cold-pack inserts and insulated wrapping are required during warm weather at an additional cost of $3.00 per box. Overnight or 2nd day air is recommended. The toffee is shipped frozen and travels very well when the candy will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving.Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you or the recipient of our toffee are unhappy with the order, please contact us and we will either credit your account or replace the merchandise. Please note: We do not guarantee shipping toffee products using the Standard shipping option to warmer climates, or if someone did not personally receive the package to bring it indoors. Our Story
Tootski’s Toffee is made in Madison, Wisconsin from an old family recipe that has been handed down through the years. The story is not so different from most traditional toffee stories. This delicious toffee was made as a gift at holiday time over the years. Friends and family loved it so much that they encouraged “Tootski”, a childhood nickname my brother still calls me to this day to sell the toffee. You guessed it. A business was born!
